This offering is a Guji Natural process which has been chosen by Berg Wu. The farm selected is sits at 2000 masl situated in Guji.
Grind and open mainly with rich grape and blueberry jam, with a little floral aroma.The main flavors are grapes, Kyoho grape juice, blueberries and violets, followed by the aroma of bergamot, with mild rose scent. The flavour is delicate and easily detactable. Another gem from Berg Wu!
